I recall a particularly difficult period in my life when I had to care for a loved one while dealing with my own health issues; it was then that I discovered the value of mindfulness in reducing stress and increasing my ability to cope.

Resilience is the capacity to rebound from challenges and setbacks. It's not just about being strong and unshakable, but also about having the ability to adapt and learn from difficult situations. Resilience is a skill that can be developed through practice and self-awareness.

One way to build resilience is to focus on the present moment, without judgment or attachment.
