Predestine to be His Children

God had a plan for us even before he created the universe. He wanted us to be his children and the price he had to pay was very high. He sacrificed his only son, Jesus. That's how much he loves us. That is how big his desire for us to be his children is. While he predestined us to be his holy and blameless children, he also gave us free will, freedom of choice, and those of us who choose to be near Him will be blessed, will be holy and blameless in his sight.

Ephesians 1:4-5

For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will.

Dear God, thank you for your love and grace. I feel honored to be one of your beloved children. I thank you to have the opportunity to know you. Please continue to draw me deeper and nearer. In Jesus' name, Amen
