Regaining Joy in Hopeless Situations

Dear God, I’ve been feeling so drained, so tired from this fight. Help me regain joy when my soul feels suffocated and everything seems hopeless. I think back to the times I've faced similar struggles, like when I was going through a difficult season at work and felt like I was losing my sense of purpose. I recall a particularly tough conversation with a friend, where we both felt lost and unsure of how to move forward, but we found comfort in praying together and trusting in your plan. I'm also reminded of a quiet morning I spent in solitude, surrounded by nature, where I felt your presence and peace, and it gave me the strength to carry on - it was as if the stillness of the morning had awakened a sense of hope within me. Free me dear God from feeling weak and helpless. Renew my spirit and remind me of all you have done for me, like the time you provided for my family's needs when it seemed impossible. Let your spirit come before me and open my eyes to see your greatness. Dear Lord, show me your glory once more for you are my savior resurrected. As I wait on you, I'm reminded of Psalm 30:5, which says, "For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning."
