Christmas Prayer

The Christmas season at its core is a celebration of life. Even though we might get caught up in the holiday shopping and fruitcakes, never forget the real reason for the season. This Christmas, as you gather around the table, celebrate with this Christmas prayer. 

Lord, today we offer you this humble prayer and we ask to renew our hearts. In these difficult times, we need you more than ever. God, help us recognize those who may need our help this Christmas. Please bring joy into everyone’s hearts, especially those who feel forgotten and unloved, please bring them into your loving peace. We ask that you bless our family and friends as well as those who desperately seek your forgiveness. Cover us with infinite love and give us your heavenly peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen
